This beautiful mural was constructed by adults with disabilities at St. Peter’s Adult Learning Center, a wonderful organization in W. Baltimore that supports employment for participants.

Children mosaiced miniature row houses that became catalysts in a discussion of how to respect their community and make it a better place to live. The row houses were placed in their outside reading garden to attract the kids to use the green space.
Worked with passersby during a street vigil to memorialize the people murdered in Baltimore City in 2011. Staff members encouraged participants to visit a concurrent open house at the agency explaining how mediation works.
